What are the opening times?
St George’s Hall:
Monday–Saturday, 9:30am–5pm (Visitor Centre last entry 4:45pm). Closed Sundays.
Café 1854:
Thursday to Saturday, 10am – 2pm. Read more here.
Liverpool Town Hall:
The Town Hall is open regularly for events and guided tours. Please see our What’s On page for current listings.
Croxteth Hall:
Croxteth Hall and Café 1575 are open seasonally and depending on events. Please check the What’s On page and follow our socials for up-to-date opening times.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, but walk-ins are available for some events such as guided tours.

Are guided tours available?
Yes. Visit our What’s On page for timings. Tours in St George's Hall meet at the South Entrance off St John’s Lane.
Who qualifies for concession tickets?
Concession tickets apply to standard senior citizens and students, but this may vary by event. We partner with Nimbus Disability. You can read more on our accessibility page or register for a Digital Access Pass.
Are Liverpool City Halls accessible for wheelchair users?

Can I bring my own drinks to events?
No. Bar 1854, Café 1854, Café 1575 or event-specific bars will be available for drink purchases.
Is the Walled Garden in Croxteth Park open?
Yes, the Walled Garden is open March to October, daily 10am–3pm (last admission 2:30pm).
