We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment across our City Halls for all our guests. We want everyone to be able to fully enjoy their experience with us and will continue to develop accessibility across our venues.

If you have a suggestion or feedback regarding how we can enhance our accessibility, please contact us.

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Nimbus Disability, which will improve ticketing and access arrangements for customers with accessibility requirements.

Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

Through this collaboration, we are introducing a system that allows you to validate your access needs with ease, ensuring greater privacy and convenience. This scheme will enable you to book in essential companions online by using either:

  • The Digital Access Pass: A free, venue-specific pass valid for 3 years, exclusively for use at Liverpool City Halls.
  • The Access Card: A £15 card valid for 3 years that can be used globally at thousands of venues and events.

Learn more about Nimbus Disability and the Access Card by visiting their website, or register here for the Digital Access Pass.

Once registered, you will receive your unique registration number via email, which you can link to your Liverpool City Halls account. This will enable you to book your essential companion tickets online.
